I'm basically just a pair of femurs. And hand biceps.

It is. I wear it for everything. Including sneezing.

Nope - these ones. Not tight enough, just very warm, almost like a wetsuit.

    Bench Press
    295x5, 305x5, 315x5, 295x5
(first rep of this set paused)
Notes: Though I made all my reps, this was also frustrating. I just feel weak on this movement, especially in my left arm and shoulder. Though the pain is mostly gone, it's obviously still affecting my pressing. I feel like it's throwing my position off as well, in terms of bar placement. Bleh.
I know you're frustrated by the 'what should have beens' stuff, but you're making progress. And you need to appreciate that and not get too caught up in the other stuff.

You're in the gym most everyday because you like to pick up heavy things and move them around. Letting go of some of that frustration about how strong you would have been had you not gotten hurt will help you get back to the primary reason you're there in the first place. Because you like lifting and being strong.

Do you wear it all the time, so it's already on when you sneeze, or do you put it on lightning fast in that 1-2 second sneeze build-up period? Inquiring minds want to know.

Interesting. Maybe I'll look into something like that. Glute is feeling better for the moment, but I've found the bit of warmth and compression of knee sleeves to be nice. Maybe will have a similar effect on the glutoids.

I'm not really thinking about how strong I would have been, here. I'm thinking about how strong I should be, right the hell now. I did 210x5x3 the other week. Maybe a ramp-back-up would have been smarter, but still, 215x5 for one set shouldn't have been a problem.

One day, if you're lucky, maybe you'll get to see these mystical sticks in person.
