HA! I did write that at some point, didn't I? Man I gotta get out of NYC and get my own gym up and running.

A very small man can cast a very large shadow.

Or I mean, I just want to stand on top of the wall and piss off the edge of the world.

Actually, it's not easy being drunk all the time. If it were easy, everyone would do it.

I see you're collecting your quotes. Well did. Just wait till Season 4. I think for those who haven't read the books, this will be the most explosive season and finish yet.

Deload Day 3: Bench Intensity, Press Volume

    Bench Press
    295x3, 325x2, 350x1, 295x3
Notes: 350 was slow, nothing else really noteworthy. Felt heavy like always does on deload.

    Press
    185x3, 190x3, 195x3, 185x3
Notes: Pretty good on these today.

    Chins
    BW x10x2
    Chin-downs
    220x12x2
Notes: Wanted to give myself a bit of a break here, but without detraining chins altogether, so this was the compromise. I'll probably have to take a couple steps back and work my way back up anyway. Elbows didn't ache today, but left shoulder didn't love the chins.

    Alt DB Curlz
    55x10, 50x10
Notes: Had another ridiculous pump after this.

Cable External Rotations, shoulder capsule stretches

Final day of the deload, Squats and Deadlifts. Sarah is in from San Fran this weekend so we got to train together!! It was just like old times, we were back bickering like an old married couple before we even finished the empty bar sets. Ryan probably thinks we're nuts.

    Squat
    365x3, 405x2, 435x1, 365x3
Notes: All felt solid and fast today, good to shake off the de-load blues. 365s were beltless.

    Deadlift
    475x2x2
Notes: Forgot my pulling belt, so did them beltless. All felt fine and fast, though Sarah yelled at me because apparently I didn't set my back well for rep #1.

I stayed in the weights area to hang and coach Sarah on her remaining presses and pulls, so by the time she was done, I had been done lifting for an hour. I just didn't have the drive to get warmed up again to do conditioning so skipped it and went to Chipotle together. Because Duh.

Hey Wolf what did you think of the last Game of Thrones? I can't wait to see you know who fight you know who.

They did a great job with the Tyrion-Red Viper scenes as a whole, all season. Especially showing how the Lannisters (except Jaime) reject him because he's a dwarf regardless of his actions, and his relationship with Bronn and Podrick. I've been waiting to see this fight on screen since I read that part of A Storm of Swords in 2011.

In case anyone hasn't scene this yet, I give ye Ser Bronn of the Blackwater:
