FInished up last week with: Bench: 285x5x3, 285x4, 265x5 - just wasn't there. + assistance Friday: Dead: 505x5x2, 455x5 SLDL: 285x5x3 +assistance Today: Squat: 405x5x2, 365x5x2 Leg press Chins: +45x5x5 Assistance Squats feeling good lately. This is the best feeling 405x5s I've ever had I think, even though I've been a bit sick lately. Might just go 425x5 next week, see how it goes.
Weds: Benched: 290x5x3, 275x5x2 plus other stuff Yesterday: Deadlift: 515x5x2 - 10 lb pr, 455x5 SLDL, assistance Good stuff. Got a bit ugly on the 2nd set of deads. First set was solid though.
Squatted 415x5 on Monday. Felt like shit though. Sick plus still beat up from Deads I think. Cut it off at 1 heavy set. Then did some backoff sets. Bench today: 300x5 (PR), 280x5x4 Incline Press Assistance stuff Cool bench PR. Last rep was suuuper slow, but went.
