Forgot to update this yesterday, did this:
Squats up to 445, which will be my opener Saturday.
Benched 295 with pause. Missed 305. Did 265x2x2
Light curls for elblow
Today I will squat 365, maybe 405, then call it a day.
Edit: Did 365.

Squat 315x1
Bench 275x1 - opener, no more benching til meet
Thurs+Fri probably go super light for squats. I'm not gonna take a full break from squats because the day after a day off I feel like shit and all weight feels heavy.

I'm headed down to Florida March 10-17ish. I tried to get a hold of Muse via fb but nothin yet, I really need a new cell provider... So That could be a cool trip. I still don't quite have a solid plan but I have a bunch off fam I could stay with, and trying to link up with Jeffrey.

Willie, I actually had to toss the 3-wolf. It was ready for retirement. In many ways. Lol. March would be sweet, hit up the ole beach. Grill it up bash bro style. Haha.

Well the meet was a huge success! It was a real small, local meet here in San Antonio. Probably 15 total lifters, somethin like that.
I ate a shit ton of carbs last night and this morning. Huge bowl of raisin bran, chocolate milk + creatine, big ole mug of coffee, and a brownie my friend's girlfriend sent him was my breakfast lol. Also they had some bananas there and I ate about 3 of those between lifts.
I weighed in yesterday, on their shitty scale, at 208, which I know can't be right because in the morning I weighed in at 217 on the scale at my gym. So I'll go with that measurement, 217.
Here were my lifts:
Squat: 445, 475, 500 - Smoked it. 15lb PR
Bench: 275, 300, 315 - Not too bad. 15lb PR.
DL: 495, 535, 565 - Hell yeahh! 40 lb PR
Total: 1380
All of these lifts went up much easier than I expected. I definitely left some on the platform, but I'm happy with that for my first meet. Amazing what some adrenaline can do!
