Chins: +45x5x5
Assistance
Squats feeling good lately. This is the best feeling 405x5s I've ever had I think, even though I've been a bit sick lately. Might just go 425x5 next week, see how it goes.

Good stuff. Got a bit ugly on the 2nd set of deads. First set was solid though.

Squatted 415x5 on Monday. Felt like shit though. Sick plus still beat up from Deads I think. Cut it off at 1 heavy set. Then did some backoff sets.
Bench today: 300x5 (PR), 280x5x4

Cool bench PR. Last rep was suuuper slow, but went.
