    FInished up last week with:
    Bench: 285x5x3, 285x4, 265x5 - just wasn't there.

    Friday:
    Dead: 505x5x2, 455x5
    SLDL: 285x5x3
    +assistance

    Today:
    Squat: 405x5x2, 365x5x2
    Leg press
    Chins: +45x5x5
    Assistance

    Squats feeling good lately. This is the best feeling 405x5s I've ever had I think, even though I've been a bit sick lately. Might just go 425x5 next week, see how it goes.

    Benched: 290x5x3, 275x5x2

    Yesterday:
    Deadlift: 515x5x2 - 10 lb pr, 455x5
    SLDL, assistance

    Good stuff. Got a bit ugly on the 2nd set of deads. First set was solid though.

    starting strength coach development program
    Squatted 415x5 on Monday. Felt like shit though. Sick plus still beat up from Deads I think. Cut it off at 1 heavy set. Then did some backoff sets.

    Bench today: 300x5 (PR), 280x5x4
    Incline
    Press
    Assistance stuff

    Cool bench PR. Last rep was suuuper slow, but went.
