Except for judo which I haven't done in six months. I think one day a week won't mess up my training. I'm thinking it will have to be Sat as I have a hard time sleeping after judo.

I need to find out what the qualifying weights, but my current non World Team member coached lift would have put me in 4th last year, so I'm not worried about making it, Ijust need to post something.

    Warm up

Jerk grip OH Squat + sots 75 x5x3
    Bench 165, 190 x 3 210 x6
    BO row 165, 190, 200 x3

OH squats THis is where is got interesting. I lean about 2 inches to the left. Rachel corrected my position and it was REALLY hard. LIke, I'm just gonna put this down hard. SHe then took a good look at my right side and the traps and deltoids are noticably smaller. I have to find a way to fix this.

I see you're doing clean grip deads, using your bench press grip. Is that the standard SS bench press grip width?

It's not as wide as I bench but pretty close. Clean grip for me puts my pinky in between the rings on the Castro Bar from rogue. Bench is about an inch further each side.

Snatch started at 65 lbs and worked up to a 215 power snatch which is a PR. It is also my best snatch; I have a hard time dropping under the the bar. I pull 225 to msternum and coudn't get under it.

I tried to clean but I was worn out from not eating eanough.

    Sat.

After the flex gym qualifier/Rachel's comeback meet I cleaned up to 120 kilos and pulled 127.5 to my sternum and again couldn't get under it. We will be working on my pull under in training.

Deadlift 305, 355, 395 x3 Needed straps for the last set; I'm not using switch grip during Olympic lifting training.

Sat at the Bacon and COmpression pants party.
All lift done while wearing batman boxer briefs, knee sleaves and shoes only
    FS up to 45, 135, 185, 225 x3 275, 295, 315 x1 failed 335 (knees wear acting up a bit)
    snatch grip rdl, 135, 155, 175, 195, 215 x5

I'm sorry, Jamie, but there's nothing "boxer" about those. Those are all brief.
