Feels good. found out lady at my gym named kim runs a fucking excellent 5 day split lifting in the morning at another gym. like its real money 4 days.
Monday - Squats, GMs, Leg Press
Tuesday - Bench, and Back
Wed - off
Thurs - Front Squats Deads Glute Hams
Fri - Shoulders
Sat - Closegrip and biceps and triceps + sled work

That split is sweet. Add squatting to er'day, abz, and some C2ing and it will look like what I am envisioning for spring.
yeah she does that 5 day split and then crossfits in the evening a few nights a week. LOL
