Good session even if it was late at night. Bench just feels bad, not any strength issue just my shoulders feel like death. Squat was moving well.
Oh this past few weeks I hit three lifetime PRs 445 squat, 290 bench, 535 deadlift.
Bad news is my bodyweight is pretty high. So I need to get down to264 by march 24th.

Had to play make up from a short session Wednesday. So super seated the last five movements which killed my v Pulldowns but I'll get 8's next week.

Hard but very productive day. Was too spent after Bench to battle incline DB. So gonna use the hammer machine till the volume drops.
