Thank you, Shannan. I don't do dance anymore except socially...and a little practice on my own, no formal classes. After pretty much every workout, I stretch and go through the Nutcracker Russian solo choreographed by Luis Dominguez. Surprisingly, my toe touches are better now that I have a higher vertical.
