    Thank you, Shannan. I don't do dance anymore except socially...and a little practice on my own, no formal classes. After pretty much every workout, I stretch and go through the Nutcracker Russian solo choreographed by Luis Dominguez. Surprisingly, my toe touches are better now that I have a higher vertical.     squat 250x3
    squat 185, 3x5
    bench 114, 5, 3, 3
    bench narrow 95x10
    bench wide, 95x10
    dumbbell rows 65, 2x15
    ab pulldowns
    curls 25, 2x9

    starting strength coach development program
    Yesterday's workout:

    Deadlift 300lbx2 for a PR
    Deficit deadlift 225, 3x3
    Overhead press 75, 3, 3, 4
    Pullups, 7, 5
    Ab pulldowns with 80, 3x25
