YEAHHHH...um, I've failed two weeks in a row on squats. Attempted 275 lb, 3x3 two Fridays in a row. Missed the third rep on the first set both times. Might be overreached from such heavy deads. I'm deloading deadlift this week, then will hopefully hit somewhere between 270 lb and 275 lb for 3x3 toward the end of the week (most likely 272.5 lb for a small PR).

That is damn impressive. I bet with a competition deadlift bar you could get 20 or 30 more lbs.
