    Pretty good session today. 340 for a paused double is a PR and only five pounds behind my best touch and go double.

    P. Cleans - 135x3, 185x2, 225x1, 232x3x5

    Okay training session. Squats went well, but bench was disappointing. I was very pressed for time and had to rush to get to a meeting at work, so I think the short rest intervals had something to do with it. Hopefully next week will be better.

    Pretty good training session. Got to pull with D'Agostino's new Ohio Power Bar from Rogue. It is bare steel like the B&R bar. Very nice. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

    You didn't power clean any of the 225 reps? I've been wondering how the Ohio spins compared to the B&R. My B&R's still very new, but it's buttery friggin' smooth.
