Good workout tonight. My squat felt better than it has in at least a month from a form perspective. I felt very tight and had a good bar path. Pretty happy with this, I feel like I have a lot of room to continue to push heavier triples in the coming weeks. Also, re-did my power clean weight from last week because I was not happy with some of my racks even though I made my reps. All five sets felt fast and explosive tonight. Looking forward to benching tomorrow.

Chins - BWx5, BW+52.5x5, 4, 3, BWx11
Just ok today. Did not sleep well due to having to lift so late last night then had to turn around and train early this morning due to my work schedule. My warm-up weights definitely felt heavier than usual so I am happy with the triple at 282.5, it still felt pretty solid. Chins were rough today so I did an extra back-off set.

Good day today. Trained with Nick, he helped me work through some technical things with my squat. Overall, I was happy with both lifts. The 475 for 5 on the deadlift felt way better then 470 did last week. I have a video that I will post later if I can figure out how to actually use a computer for more than just emails and this forum.
