    4/2

    Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 295x5, 345x5, 395x5x2
    Press - 45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 185x2, 215x1, 237x2, 215x4x2
    Deadlift - 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 405x1, 475x1, 525x1, 575x2, 520x3

Pretty good training session. 237x2 on the press is a PR, and I definitely had another rep in the tank on my deadlift. Videos below:

Can't believe it is April already. Sending strong vibes your way for some good training leading up to the meet in the next few weeks.

Had to rush to get this in. Schedule is a little messed up because of the holiday weekend.

I hope everyone has a great weekend.

    Squat- 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x3, 335x2, 385x1, 420x8, 380x8
    Bench - 45x10, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 312x5, 282x7, 5
    P. Clean - 135x1, 185x1, 225x1, 242x3x5

Okay training day. I had to rush to get this done, and the 8s on squats destroyed me for bench. Kind of disappointed in bench, but keeping it in perspective. I got this all done in about an hour and fifteen minutes start to finish in between my classes tonight. Video of 420 for 8 below:

Ya, that's a lot to get done in 75 mins. Looking solid heading into to meet territory.

    4/13

    Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x3, 365x2, 405x1, 455x5, 410x6
    Bench - 45x10, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 305x1, 332x2, 302x5x2
    P. Clean - 135x1, 185x1, 225x1, 252x2x6

Okay session. Squats went well, but my weird bench anti-peaking continued today. Two weeks ago I PRd my paused bench when I made 355 and since then it has been two unusually horrible bench sessions in a row. Three weeks ago I did 330x4 fairly easily. I am hoping that my taper for the meet will help, but as of now I think I am going to have to open very conservative on the bench and see what happens from there. Video of 455x5 squat below:

Trying to get caught up here. I've missed a lot. Since I just finished a few weeks with 8 rep sets, it's cool to see the way you handle them. Seems like you don't even think about it except 1 rep at a time...that's the way to do it!

Also, it's hilarious to see how all the kids at your gym stop to watch you, haha. Best of luck at the meet. I would like to compete in USAPL sometime, but it seems there's never any close to me. Can't wait to see you kill it.
