Last session before the meet. Just going to do some light conditioning tomorrow and then rest up the rest of the week.

Presses were absolutely terrible, again. Not going to stress about it. I am just going to reset the press and bench slightly after the meet. Video of deadlifts below:

Thanks, everyone. I am kind of just looking at this meet as a training meet. I am not expecting to hit any big PRs, I just wanted to get a USAPL meet under my belt. My plan is to compete again in NJ in August with the goal of hitting some bigger numbers.
