    Press - 45x5x2, 95x5, 135x3, 155x2, 185x1, 207.5x3, 165x7, 7
    Chins - BWx5, BW+52.5x5x3

Had to train during prime time in a globo-gym. I could not get a rack because their was a large group of bros doing half-squats so I had to clean all my sets from the floor. I have not done this in a long time, fortunately it did not affect my sets. Pretty happy with how the 207.5 felt. Also happy that I finally got 52.5 for my weighted chins after missing it twice. Everything is going really well training wise right now. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

HA! I won't consider my numbers "studly" until my bench is in the same stratosphere as yours Oldster!

Hey, cleaning and then pressing what you did because the racks were busy, thats is studly in my book anyday! I hope some of the rack hogs paid attention, they were being schooled whether they know it or not.

    Squat - 45x10, 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 355x1, 395x1, 425x3
    P.Clean - 135x3, 185x3, 225x1, 240x3, 3, 3, 3, 2

I had to train today due to a busier than normal work schedule tomorrow. Squats felt very solid. Cleans were going really well but I was rushing a little and missed my last rep on my last set. I did not have any issues with any of the previous sets, just ran out of gas. Depending on how I feel next week, I may just go up in weight and make sure to give myself more rest in between my sets.

    Squat - 45x10x2, 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 355x1, 385x5x3
    Deadlift - 135x3, 185x3, 225x3 (all p. cleaned), 315x3, 365x2, 405x1, 445x1, 490x3

Pretty good day today. Squats were a bit of a grind, my form was shaky on my first work set and progressively got better from there. Deadlifts felt solid. Looking forward to next week when I get five plates back on the bar.
