That is not a bad idea, Curls.

    1/22

    Treadmill Pushes

    1/23

    Press - 45x5x2, 95x5, 135x3, 165x2, 195x1, 225x1, 240x1x10, 215x3
    Dips - BWx5, 5, 5, 5, 8

Presses were hard, but went well. I am happy I got all 10 singles with 240. Really went conservative with dips. I have not seriously done them in a very long time due to an old shoulder injury, so I was just testing them out last night more than anything.

Thanks, Gilchrest. Your training looks like it is going really well too!

    1/25

    Squat - 45x20, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 495x1x6
    SGDL - 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 365x6x3
    Walking Lunges - BWx15x3/side

Good training session. I was really happy with how the squats went. This was probably the first time I have ever done snatch grip deadlifts. I liked them. Some videos from last Friday and last night's session below:

Excellent work. The squat @495 was particularly deep and smooth.

Except for Ben Bruno and Mike Boyle. I actually think I am just going to drop doing most of the single leg stuff. After giving it a try for a month, I just don't think it drives any sort of meaningful adaptive stimulus. Andy has them in the program mostly for GPP, but I have been good about doing conditioning for the last several months, so not doing them will save me some time.

I was hoping that you were going to say that lunges were helping you put on more leg size. I also hate lunges but I would do them if you thought they were helping in the thigh mass area.
