    2/22

    Squat - 45x10x2, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x2, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 440x3x6
    SLDL - 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 365x5
    BB Row - 185x12, 205x12

Pretty good training session. Happy with the squats. Was pressed for time today and managed to get this done in just under an hour. I would have gone a little heavier on the SLDLs and rows if I had a little bit more time to rest in between sets.

    2/24

    Bench - 45x20, 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x1, 305x1, 335x1, 350x1, 300x4x4
    CGBP - 255x6, 245x8, 6, 6, 235x6
    Chins - BWx8x5

Pretty good training session. Bench seems to be slowly inching upwards.

I hope everyone has a good weekend.

Same here re grip. You're definitely making progress on the bench. I wish I had your press:bench ratio. I'd be within range of my lifetime 315 press goal! I guess this bench specialist should just stick the the only exercise you can do while taking a nap.

HA! My bench and press numbers are basically the equivalent to an Olympic lifter intentionally keeping their front squat numbers down to have a better ratio with their cleans. (Sadly, that is an actual thing that some actual competitive weightlifters do). However, my pathetic bench numbers are not intentional.

    P. Squat - 45x10, 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 335x5, 365x5
    Deadlift - 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 405x1, 495x1, 545x1, 565x1, 510x2x3

Pretty good session. Happy with my pulls for the most part.

Thanks, Andy. I did that intentionally. I think doing some light squats before deadlifts helps to warm my lower back up a little bit for the pulls.

    3/1

    Press - 45x10, 95x5, 135x3, 165x2, 195x1, 225x1, 245x1x10, 175x8, 155x8, 135x8
    Chins - BWx8x5

Pretty good session. I was supposed to do presses from the pins today, but I was really pressed for time and did not want to mess around with a new, unfamiliar exercise. I got this done in just under an hour start to finish. Video below of my last single with 245. I was pretty happy with my presses today.

    3/2

    Squat - 45x20, 95x5, 135x5, 185x3, 225x2, 275x1, 315x1, 365x1, 405x1, 455x1, 495x1, 520x1, 470x2x2
    Deficit DL - 135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 365x6x3

Trained a day earlier than usual due to the fact that I am traveling with Rori tomorrow to the Arnold. I was really happy to work up to 520 considering I am used to training in the evening, and I did this at 8:00 am. You will see in the video that I have a pretty noticeable bar twist on the way up. Despite that, I am happy to regularly be handling close to my best competition squat in training.

Man, I was really hoping to go spectate at the Arnold this year. Would've been good to meet you, Rori and some of the other RTS lifters. My close friend scheduled his bachelor party for the same weekend, so I have to miss the Arnold.

Best of luck to Rori. Her training looks like it's been going really well.
