    P. Squat - 20x10, 50x5, 70x5, 90x5, 110x5, 130x5, 150x5, 162.5x5, 175(385.8)x5
    CGBP - 20x10, 50x5, 70x5, 90x3, 100x1, 112.5(248)x10x3
    M. Deadlift - 70x5, 100x3, 130x2, 160x1, 180x1, 197.5(435.4)x5x3

Fun training day with the Old Ball and Chain and a few friends in the garage. Feeling stronger. For those who are curious, the three-day-per-week programming I have been running is from Andy's Barbell Club. I could feel my 2x/week programming was starting to run out of steam and the increased volume and frequency of Andy's programming is definitely helping.

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Pretty good training session with the Old Ball and Chain and D'Agostino in the garage. Haven't done front squats in a long time and doing them after deadlifts was pretty terrible.

    M. Squat - 20x10, 50x5, 70x5, 90x3, 110x2, 130x1, 150x1, 167.5(369.3)x8x3
    M. Press - 20x5, 50x5, 60x3, 70x1, 75(165.3)x9x3
    BB Row - 135x5, 185x3, 225x1, 275x8x3

Felt pretty tired going into this session, but everything ended up feeling really good. Took some videos of my barbell rows because I am pretty sure this is the heaviest I have ever gone on them.

Good looking 330x2, John! After watching the 231x13, I was curious as to your bodyweight. I've always been a firm believer in being able to do 20 reps or more with my bodyweight. I think it's helped my close grip strength.

Man, what a deadlift! Found myself straining while watching...hope it helped you a bit after the fact. Heh!

Thanks, Oldster! My BW usually sits between 235-240. Not sure if I could do 20 with that weight if I was fresh, but it would be a good goal to shoot for. Thanks!

Pretty good session. I am really enjoying this HLM set-up that Andy has us on right now. I definitely feel that the increased volume and frequency has been helping me.
