    First, man, I envy those of you who can deadlift so darned hard and often. Your 595 rep was frickin' awesome!

    The two paused bench reps were very smooth and looked great.

    Everything felt really good today. Probably could have gone heavier on the rack pulls and rows. Heading to Texas tomorrow morning for Strength Con. Looking forward to seeing everyone there.
