    Shoulder was a little cranky earlier in the week, so just took it light with presses. On a positive note, my 500x2 squat was a PR. My best competition squat is 540 and I have done 520 for a single in training, but I have never done 500 for more than a single.

    Shoulder is continuing to improve. 505x2 on the squat is a PR and 575x2 on deadlift ties my PR double which I have done on two separate occasions, but not in the last few years.
