Squat - 45x10x2, 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 365x2, 395x5, 315x10
P. Clean - 45x3, 135x3, 185x3, 205x3, 227.5x3x5
Decided to back-off on my squats and pulls just a little to build some momentum back up. All of the reps felt good. A little upset to have to drop back below 405 being that I squatted that for three sets of five just a little over a month ago. Hopefully this slight re-set allows me to push past my previous numbers. On a positive, my power cleans felt really good for the first time in about a month.
