    Squat - 45x10x2, 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 365x2, 395x5, 315x10
    P. Clean - 45x3, 135x3, 185x3, 205x3, 227.5x3x5

    Decided to back-off on my squats and pulls just a little to build some momentum back up. All of the reps felt good. A little upset to have to drop back below 405 being that I squatted that for three sets of five just a little over a month ago. Hopefully this slight re-set allows me to push past my previous numbers. On a positive, my power cleans felt really good for the first time in about a month.

    Thanks buddy. Upper body lifts are feeling great. Now I just have to get my squat and deadlift moving again. Looking forward to our training session on Thursday.

    Light Squat - 45x10x2, 135x5, 225x5, 275x3, 315x2, 340x5x3
    Deadlift - 135x3, 185x3, 225x3 (all p. cleaned), 315x3, 365x2, 405x1, 460x5, 370x9

    Good workout today. I decided to start pushing my squats up in weight to get some more volume in. The weight felt light but my balance was a little off, overall these went well. Very happy to get the 460 for 5. Felt very solid.

    Great work both of you guys. Wish I had y'all around to train with . At the very least I'll see you in April! Make sure you request a spot to sit in for the SSS, that is, on the off chance either of you wont be chosen to work ::sighs with hope::
