Thanks, Karl. Rori was actually a triathlete when we met, but in our first conversation she asked me if I could help her get strong. She wanted to deadlift 300 pounds. The first time we ever spent any time together was at her gym (a Planet Fitness!), she pulled 135 for a set of five her first day.You are a lucky man to have Rori train. At some point in the near future my wife is going to deadlift double her bodyweight, and we are going to have a party. It's good to be a lifting family.
