    :-) I do remember that!

I'm a very lucky girl. don't wait for double body weight, Karl! Celebrate every deadlift!

    Damn right.

Rori already replied to this, but in general I get 4-5 hours per night Sunday - Thusday, 5-6 on Friday nights, and about 8 on Saturday night. It is partly because I work long hours, but that is mostly my choice because I really enjoy everything that I do, and partly my fault for not being as disciplined as I should be in regards to making myself get to bed a little earlier.

    12/26

    Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 335x5, 355x5
    Press - 45x5, 95x5, 135x3, 165x1, 187x8, 177x7, 167x7
    Deadlift - 135x3, 185x2, 225x1 (p. cleaned), 315x3, 405x2, 465x8, 415x8

Pretty good session. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

I'd definitely call that a good session. Especially the presses and deadlifts.

Thanks for remembering to wish us a good weekend this time. Same to you, Dr. P!

    Me, complain? Never.

    12/29

    Squat - 45x15x2, 135x5, 225x5, 315x3, 365x2, 405x1, 435x5, 415x5, 395x5
    Bench - 45x15, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3, 275x2, 320x4, 305x5, 290x6
    P. Clean - 135x3, 185x2, 225x1, 240x2x6

Not a great training session. Kept shifting onto my heels on squats, and could not keep a good bar path on the bench.

Apparently, the weekend quality of the entire SSC population of the State of New Jersey is dependent upon John Petrizzo. Nice lifting, Dr. P!
