    Had the pleasure of training with Dwayne yesterday. He was just easing back into his training following his recent meet, and I was scheduled to do 8s, so unfortunately, there was no actual heavy lifting performed, but we still had a good time. Thanks for making the trip, Dwayne!

    Okay session. Had the pleasure of hosting Comrade Wolf last night for the fight. Stayed up too late, but still got up early enough to get to the gym before work this morning. Starting my meet prep for the SBWC USAPL meet at the end of October. Due to schedule constraints, I am going to be sticking to 2x/week training. We will see how it goes.
