    Trained early this morning in the garage. First time doing block pulls in my garage. Starting position was a little lower than it should be, but okay. Was short on time so just got the minimum amount of work in that I could before I had to head out.

    Had to rush to get this in on Saturday night after being at the convention center all day with the Old Ball and Chain. Trained at "Beyond Limits" in downtown Columbus. Pretty decent gym if you are ever in that area.

    As of this week, I am 8 weeks out from my next meet, so I am starting up Andy's meet prep program from one of his e-books. After the meet, I will get back to his regular Barbell Club programming. Overall, pretty happy with where I am starting out on bench. The 162.5 ties my all-time best bench press and my current meet PR. Have not done LTEs in a very long time. Kept them super light, but they still made my triceps pretty sore. I will be testing my squat tomorrow.

    Pretty good bench day (for me). Did these without a hand-off/spotter and paused all of the reps with 325. Pretty optimistic that I will hit a PR bench at my meet next month.
