Looks like you only had about 4 reps left in the tank on the deadlifts. #grindordie. Strong work, Dr. P!

USAPL SBWC Spring Challenge. Weighed in at 108.4(239). Here's how it went:

    Squat - 215, 232.5, 245(540.1), ties competition PR
    Bench - 155, 162.5 (miss), 162.5(358.2), ties competition PR
    Deadlift - 252.5, 270, 277.5(611.8), PR

    Total - 685(1510.1), PR
    Wilks - 405, PR

Pretty happy with everything. I was not expecting to PR my squat, so I was happy to tie my PR. I was disappointed with my bench press. I hit 358 last year in competition and have since done it in training. I was really hoping for 363 yesterday but I just lost focus on my second attempt and got out of the groove. I made my third attempt fairly easily. I went a little conservative on deadlifts due to missing my bench and wound up pulling 611. I think I may have had 617. Videos below:

You make it sounds like a PR total isn't a big deal. Nice lifting!
