    Back to work this week. Picking back up with Andy's Barbell Club programming for a few weeks before running another meet prep to prepare for the Strengthlifting meet being held at this year's Coaches Conference.

    Pretty good session. My single with 585 was a little sloppy, but happy that I seem to be able to pull that in training now on a more routine basis.

    I have been super busy the last few weeks and have been slacking on keeping up with my log. In Andy's barbell group he has us running a 12 week HLM program that works out perfectly for me to peak for the SSCA Strengthlifting meet that I will be competing at the beginning of August. I have been following that program for the past three weeks basically just accumulating volume for now. Today was my heavy squat and press day and light pull day for the week:

    I will try and do a better job of keeping up with my log going forward.
