I generally get them done in about an hour and a half. That is mostly out of necessity due to time constraints. I time all rest intervals between sets and start warming-up my next exercise during my work sets, so I am never really sitting around and resting in between my sets. Not optimal, but I have adjusted to the pace.

    11/9
    Squat - 220(485)x1x3
    Bench - 337.5x1x5 (paused)
    Deadlift - 245(540.1)x2
    SLDL - 192.5(424.4)x5x2
    Chins - 16.25(35)x5x3

Had the pleasure of training with our very own Nick D'Agostino and Michael Wolf. My squats and deadlifts were slow and grindy, but the company was good.

And you managed not to kick Chops in the face despite his odd choice of where to lay down while you were doing chins!

That took all of the athleticism that I could muster!

I have been doing front squats, power cleans, and power snatches for the past few weeks mostly for the sake of variety, but also because Rip wants those of us who work seminars and training camps to become more proficient with teaching and performing the Olympic lifts and their variants. I have never really trained the snatch before, so it has been an interesting experience thus far.

I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays.

Training is going pretty well considering the abbreviated schedule. Happy with how my lifts are feeling right now. Also, congrats to everyone who competed at USSF Nationals yesterday. It was awesome to watch.
