    Well, I fell off the wagon with logging yet again. I will do my best to keep things updated going forward.
    Last week I competed at the Coaches Meet at Wichita Falls Athletic Club. Overall, things went pretty well and I had a great time lifting with my wife and fellow coaches. Recap below:

    I missed my second attempt press due to a little bit of up and down movement right at the lockout. I think I had a few pounds in the tank on all three lifts. Some videos of my third attempts below:
