I obviously fell off of the wagon again in regards to logging, but I will do my best to keep up with it for the foreseeable future. Since I last logged, I added a 3rd training day into my week. I have made good progress over time training just twice per week, but my schedule this semester allowed me to add a 3rd day so I am seeing how things go.

I tweaked my biceps tendon in my left shoulder benching last week, so I laid off of bench, chins, and cleans this week. It is getting better, so I am sure I will be back to those lifts shortly.
