Not a great workout. Had to train at work and really had to rush to get it in. I am very confident that I will get this weight or 195 for at least five reps next week.

My squat form felt a little off today. 400 felt like a little more of a grind than I would have liked. Cleans felt good.

I had a long day and was not feeling great before the workout so I am very happy to get 277 for 5 on the bench.

Good session tonight. My squats still feel a little off but the weight was not hard at all. Deadlifts felt great, probably had one more rep in the tank at 465 but I was happy with the five reps.

Not a great day today. Had to travel a lot this weekend which was not ideal in terms of recovery. I am happy that I got the lift in just frustrated with lack of progress in the squat. Will focus on being better the next time they roll around.

Went a little heavier on my squats today than I have been on my "light" day. The weight was not a problem at all. I think the problem I have been having with my heavy squat day is that I have not been doing enough volume on my light day to cause an adaptation. We will see if this adjustment helps. Happy to get the five reps on deadlifts, the first two reps were ugly, then I got it together and pulled three much better reps to finish the set strong.
