    I probably shouldn't be logging here since I'm not competing in anything. Anyway, I got a new job and moved near Pittsburgh. I joined a bodybuilding gym called Bodytech. It looks like it hasn't changed at all since about 1991. It's awesome.

    Monday 7/6

    Squat: worked up to an easy single at 500
    Bench: worked up to 330x3, then 345x1 and 365x1, then 235x5x3 sets
    Pullups: 5 sets
    DB Row: 135x10x3 sets

    Keep logging. Your log was my inspiration for reading beyond 5/3/1 and attempting to adapt a program from Wendler's book into an olympic lifting template that right now seems to be working. I'm looking forward to following again.
