    Squat: 365x5, 415x5, 525x5, 365x10. Halfway through my last set, I figured out why it felt so heavy - I was doing 95%, not 85%. No wonder.

    I was feeling peckish and I decided to see how many reps I could get with my training max. I don't think I've ever done 6 plates for more than a single before.

    I should have filmed the 655, because I'm less than 100% sure that I fully locked it out. But I'm pretty sure, so I'll count it, because who gives a shit, right? This was the first time I can remember ever feeling like my grip was about to fail on a deadlift.

    I've been doing Pavel's Simple and Sinister a few times a week in addition to training. Mostly out of boredom and looking for something useful to do when I can't do real training. Only being able to get to the gym twice a week blows. We'll see if it does anything to my lifts.
