Bodyweight @ 212 lbs
Deadlifts @ 450 lbs- 3 PR. These were very tough and last rep was a real grinder. I suspect diet is starting to get in the way but I'm getting pretty close to my goal of 205-210 lbs. If I can drop to 205, that would give me a little room for weight gain before a quick water cut to make 198 lbs. At 210, it will require a more substantial cut, probably fluids only for a few days, then no fluids for 2 days.
Deadlifts x 5 @ 395- Pretty tough.
Bench x 5 @ 275 lbs- 3 sets. Pretty tough.
Situps with 25 lbs- 5,5,5. These were easy and afterwards it occurred to me that I meant to use 35 lbs.

Bodyweight @ 213 lbs
Push Press @ 185 lbs- 3. PR. These were pretty tough. Still working on push press form.
Push Press x 5 @ 165 lbs- 1 set. A little tough.
Squats x 5 @ 355 lbs- 3 sets. These were very tough and last set was grinding. I definitely think that I'm getting fatigued pretty quick on diet.
Hang. Leg Raises- 9,9,7. Exhausted by this point.

Bodyweight @ 212 lbs
Bench x 5 @ 295 lbs, 275 lbs. I meant to do paused bench on 1st set but forgot until after 2nd rep of touch and go. These were reasonably tough which is pretty good because my pr of 5 reps was at 297 lbs and I've lost 13 lbs since then.
Deadlift isos @ 305 lbs- 4 positions. Pretty tough.
Dips w/ 90 lbs- 10,10,10. Tough.
Kroc Rows w/ 100 lbs- 8 reps/arm. Ok.
Although my weight was 212 lbs this morning it was 210 lbs in the morning 2 days ago before my cheat meal so I am getting close to goal of 205-210 lbs. I may just shoot for 207 lbs and call it good.

Bodyweight @ 211 lbs
Squats- wrapped @ 405 lbs- 2. Again ok and probably should have gone for a 3rd.
Squats @ 355 lbs- 3. I wanted 5 and I'm not sure what happened here- potentially didn't wait long enough between sets.
Push Press @ 135 lbs- 3,5,5,5. I was warming up with 135 and a guy explained that I needed to get more of my hips into it- almost a jump. Instead of loading bar up to 165 I kept it at 135 and focused on form. I did feel better about it by the end. I just have to focus on getting the jump in and get myself under the bar so I'm not just pressing it up most of the way.
Chins w/ 45 lbs -7,7,7. Lots of kipping.

Bodyweight @ 209 lbs
Deadlift @ 455 lbs- 2 PR. I wanted 3 but 2nd rep was slow so I stopped there.
Deadlift @ 395 lbs- 4. Weight loss has clearly sapped my energy at this point.
Bench x 5 @ 275- 3 sets. Pretty tough.
Situps w/ 35 lbs- 3,3,3. Ok

Bodyweight @ 213 lbs- I was out of town a few days and put on some weight. I am resigned to lifting in 220 lb class on 4/20/13 but will still cut water weight to see how much I lose.
Push Press @ 190 lbs- 1. Pr but big fail as I wanted 3. I had a bad setup and didn't get weight very far and muscled it up with much effort. I need more time at lower weights to get form figured out on these.
Push Press x 5 @ 165 lbs- Pretty tough.
Squats @ 355 lbs- 2,5,3. These felt very heavy and I was exhausted. I didn't get much sleep for last several days so that may have had a big impact.
Hang Leg Raises-9,9. Ok.

Bodywt @ 212 lbs
Meet Prep for April 20
Squats x 3 wrapped @ 385 lbs- ok.
Bench x 3 @ 297 lbs- ok.
Deadlift x 3 @ 425 lbs- a little tough. My lower back was still a little sore from 2 days earlier.

Weight cut Notes
After 2 slices peanut butter toast and coffee this morning I was at 213 lbs. I don't think it is likely I'll make 198 lbs for the meet on the 20th but I am curious how much weight I'll lose so I'll treat this as an experiment. I am stopping all solid food after the breakfast and will go on only protein shakes and no calorie fluids from here until approximately noon tomorrow when I will also stop fluids except for small sips. Weigh-ins are 7 pm on the 19th.
