    I was out of town for a few days so had a forced layoff.

    Bench, paused @ 345 lbs-10 singles. Rep/2 minutes. Rep 9.25. Ok but tiring. Just felt flat.
    Bench @ 225 lbs-10. Just very tired.

    Press @ 205 lbs-6 singles then a fail at rep#7 (I wanted 8). I called it then as I kew I was done. I don't know about these singles. All reps felt heavy although shoulder didn't cause me any issues. Maybe just tired.

    Deadlifts @ 455 lbs-3,3,2,2,2,2 Rpe 9 Rest time all over the place as I was spotting my daughter on bench.

    Bench, paused @ 355 lbs-6 singles. Rpe 9.25. Single/2 minutes. Not bad. I'm going to drop the backoff set at 225 at this point so I've got more energy for press as I'm doing the Oct 28th stregthlifting meet in Omaha.

    Press @ 205-9 singles. Rpe 9.5. Probably a single around every 4 minutes. Better than last time.

    Squats @ 435 lbs-3,3,3,2 4 min/set
    Squats w/ 2.5 meter wraps @ 435-2,2 10 minutes/set. I needed to try out my new wraps as I'll be using them in about a month. Rpe 7.5 but exhausting as always with wrapping.

    Press @ 205-10 singles (Actually 8 singles and then a double at the end). Rpe 9.5 for the last double.

    Deadlifts @ 455 lbs-3,3,3,2,2,2 Everything seemed heavy today although I got my reps. Rpe 9.5. Thumbs hurt a lot. Set/5 minutes

    Bench, paused @ 355 lbs-8 singles. Single/2 minutes. Rpe 9.5 on last set but that was my worst by far as I let the bar go too low on my chest at the bottom.
    Press @ 210 lbs-5 singles.
    Press @ 215 lbs-2. Pr. Rpe 9.9. Since I was so close to a pr I decided to give it a shot. 2nd rep was a bit unsteady at the top, but I'll count it as a good gym lift.

    Squats @ 435 lbs-3 with Blue Sleeves I use for competition. I am doing the strengthlifting meet in 2 weeks and wanted a little bit of practice with these sleeves.
    Squats @ 445 lbs-4 Wrapless PR. w/ Blue Sleeves. Rpe 9.25. I wanted to see if I could hit a pr. No problem with 4, maybe could have had a 4th but I'm not really sure, hence the rpe 9.25.
    Squats @ 435 lbs-3,3
    Squats w/ 2.5 meter wraps @ 435-2,2 . Rpe 8 but exhausting. Varying amounts of rest, but around 6-7 minutes per set.

    Chins-12,12,12. These were fully clothed with phone, keys, etc in pockets so made it a bit harder.

    Deadlifts @ 465 lbs-4 PR of 10 lbs. Rpe 9.25. Probably could have done one more but not sure.
    Deadlifts @ 455 lbs-3,3,2,2 Rpe 9.5. Rest periods pretty long around 7 minutes/set. Thumbs very sore by the end.

    Squats @ 435 lbs-3,3,3,3 About 4-5 minutes per set. I used my heavier sleeves on 2nd 2 sets as the strengthlifting meet is coming up in 6 days and I wanted to get some practice.
    Squats @ 435 lbs w/ red 2.5 meter wraps-3,2. Rpe 8.0 but exhausting. Probably 8-10 minutes/set. Wrapping really wears me out. Likewise, I've got a powerlifting meet in Topeka 2 weeks after the strengthlifting meet so wanted some wrap practice. This is a really quick turnaround for me as I usually need about a week before I can train effectively after a meet.
