Squats @ 425 lbs-2,2,2,2,2 Rpe 9.25. About 5-6 minutes rest. These were pretty easy as I used my crusher knee sleeves that I use in sleeve competitions. I couldn't locate one of normal cheap training sleeves and don't like unprotected knees above 405.

Deads w/ straps @ 495 lbs-3 PR. Overall, deads were tough, about Rpe 9.75 on last set. 1st set about 9.5. I think this was a 15 lb pr for 3, plus it was 3 sets across.

I'm on vacation in Alaska this week. Just wanted to get one session done to help prevent detraining too much. Had to use a gym that was poorly set up. All the usual problems: bars too thick, a bench press that is way too low and crappy plastic covered plates.
Squats @ 365 lbs-5,5,5, Rpe 8.0ish. Hard to gauge as I was using a belt that was at gym with the wide back and also squatting in my street shoes.
Bench @ 295 lbs-5,5,5 Rpe 8.5. Bench was not only too low but also had uprights so wide that there's only about a half inch clearance on each side to rack the bar. Very diificult to rack.

Back home again. I'm a bit jet-lagged and so a bit tired, but got to get back to it. I'm hoping I didn't detrain too much.
Squats @ 380 lbs-5,5,5,5 Rpe 9.0. Gym is hot (90 degrees yesterday) so pretty tiring.
Bench @ 300 lbs-5,5,5,5 Rpe 9.0. Had to use crappy thick bar. which hurt my wrists a bit.
Romanian deads @ 300 lbs-5,5,5 Rpe 9.0. Very tired by this point.
Dips-33,33. Exhausted.

A little bit sore still but pushing forward anyway.
Squats @ 440 lbs-2,2,2,2,2 Rpe 9.75. Depth was a bit questionable on last set. Legs were feeling very sore by 4th set. Rest around 6-9 minutes per set.
Bench @ 350 lbs-2,2,2,2,2 Rpe 10. First 3 sets were probably Rpe 9.5, 4th was 9.75 and only barely finished the 5th set. Very slow. Rest 5-6 minutes/set.
Skipped barbell rows and chins due to time constraints.

Deads w/ straps @ 510-3 PR. Rpe 10. I was dreading the deads before I even started the session as I knew it was going to be tough. Since even 2 reps at 510 would be a pr, I thought that it wouldn't be a total loss if that's all I could manage. It was really tough for all sets but all reps were ok except for last rep of last set which had some hitching.
Close grip bench @ 255 lbs-6,6 Rpe 8.5.

Overall, this was a pretty tough session but I'm near the end of my 12 week program. Next session starts week 11 which is mostly heavy singles and doubles and week 12 is 1RM testing.
