Squats @ 360 lbs-4,4,4,5 Rpe 9.0. I didn't feel fully recovered from deadlifts yet so I didn't push it on last set.

How are you liking the bench program so far? I did it for a few weeks but changed course when I decided to do my last comp and needed to focus on all three lifts. Kind of wished I completed it to see the results.
I don't mind the program so far but I've failed to follow the program specs in terms of 5 days on, 2 days off. Between Thanksgiving weekend obligations, weather issues and work, I've stretched the first 16 days of the program into 20 days. Not ideal. So far the weights still seem fine, but I won't really know if I've made any progress for another few weeks. It's also been a struggle to add squats and deads on top of this rather ambitious bench programming. I'm hoping that it will get easier once I transition the bench program from 5 days a week into 2 days a week.

Bench @ 340 lbs-1,1,1 Rpe 9.5 last rep as it got out of the groove. Other 2 reps were about 9.0.

Bench @ 340 lbs-3,3,3,3,3 Rpe 10. This was tough. I think 345 is my pr for 3 reps but that was only on a single set so I'm making progress.
Press @ 135 lbs-20. Pretty tough maybe rpe 9.0.
Update- 355 is my pr for 3 reps. I'm not sure I'm at that level now.
