    Chins-8,6,6 Need to do these more often. Dropping some body weight would probably help too. I'm too fluffy around the middle right now.

    I was on a quick trip to visit family over the weekend and scheduled to return on Sunday Jan 27th. Instead got delayed due to weather/airline issues all the way until afternoon of January 29th.

    Bodywt 239 lbs- this is probably my heaviest bodywt ever. I'll have to really start cutting if I ever want to compete at 220 again.

    Squats @ 255 lbs-10,10,10,10 Rpe 9.5. Just exhausting.
    Bench @ 255 lbs-10,10,10,10 Rpe 9.5. Yes I know it's the same weights as squats. With these 10 rep sets, squats are very fatiguing and that's the real limitation.
    Close grip bench @ 195 lbs-10,10,10 Rpe 9.5

    Bodywt 237 lbs. I started cutting weight yesterday through carb reduction. Nothing too drastic but I'd like to drop down to 225 by the end of February and then I'll evaluate if I want to lose more.

    Bodywt 233 lbs- I wasn't conscientious enough with my diet this weekend.

    Press @ 205 lbs-2,2; @ 210 lbs-3 PR,3. First press PR in about a year and a half. RPE 9.75. I had a bit of knee kick on the 1st rep in 1st set at 205, but was more careful on 2nd set. I suspect the day of 10 rep sets is helping drive progress on the press.
