I was on vacation in the Dominican Republic from 6/22/19-6/30/19. Nice time but had no real gym facilities to use (no bench or rack, a crappy barbell with only 150 lbs of weights). I wanted to get to the gym on July 1st but have been swamped at work trying to catch up.
Press @ 205 lbs-1. I started to try for a 2nd rep but abandoned it.
Press @ 185 lbs-6; @ 155 lbs-10.
Bench w/ wraps @ 345 lbs-2 Rpe 9.5
Bench @ 315 lbs-4, failed 5th rep. I think I've lost a bit of upper body strength due to the long layoff.
Bench @ 275 lbs-8 Rpe 9.0

Had some bad DOMS after squats for about 3-4 days. Hard to sleep even for several nights.
Press @ 205 lbs-0,1. I couldn't figure out at first what was going on as this should have been an easy 1-2 reps.
Press @ 185-1. Should have been a 4-6 rep set. I then realized I was using a different bar with different ring spacing and my grip was too narrow. Dooh!
Press @ 185-4- much better with wider grip.
Press @ 165 lbs-8; @ 155-8.
BBell Curls@ 75-85 lbs-5,5,5 I'n not sure of the weight because most of the curl bars at the gym are 25 lbs but they have one old one which was used here that is clearly heavier but I can't tell if it is 30 or 35 lbs.

Bodywt 230 lbs
Squats @ 425 lbs-5 Rpe 9.5. Pretty tough and gym was pretty hot. I think I'm within about 10 lbs of pr territory for 5 reps.
Squats @ 365 lbs-8; @ 315 lbs-10. Absolutely exhausted by the end. The 1st set took a lot out of me and the hot gym didn't help. It's about 110 degrees now with the heat index.

Bodywt 234 lbs- I was out of town and didn't watch my diet. In fact, I ate at the hotel attached Old Chicago four times in 3 days, which is probably 3 times too many.
Press w/ wraps @ 205 lbs-3. I used more layback with wider grip and it went well.
Press @ 185 lbs-6; @ 155 lbs-12.
Squats @ 435 lbs-4. Rpe 9.5. I wanted 5 as it would have been a pr but it was not going to happen today. Maybe next time.
Squats @ 370 lbs-8; @ 320 lbs-10. Exhausting
