Deadlifts x 5 @ 365 lbs, 315 lbs. These were actually a little tough. None of these were touch and go. I had developed bad habit of allowing 2-3 touch and go reps in set but I'm trying to break it.

Bench isos @ 135 lbs- 3 positions. Really got feeling that bar was bending. I'm still worried about lack of enough volume but we'll know whether isos by themselves are working within a couple of weeks.

    Weighted sit-ups w/ 25 lbs- 5,5,5. Pretty tough.

    Press x 5 w/ 170 lbs, 155 lbs- ok.

Squats x 5 x 295 lbs (3 sets). These were reasonably difficult. I decided to add these sets prior to isos as I am concerned about getting enough squat volume.
Squats isos w/ 195 (3 positions). These were hard after the previous 3 sets of squats. It is very hard to get into position on these at the bottom.

    Hang. Leg Raises- 6,6,6, Ok.

So how do you like the isos so far? I've heard that one must be careful not to develop some serious overuse issues.

I am not really sure how effective they will be as I'm about 3-4 weeks out from hitting PR's. I already added a few volume sets on squats due to concern I wasn't getting enough volume through 1 set of iso's of 3 positions alternating with two sets of squats on the other day. I too had heard that there was concern of overuse issues but I haven't noticed any issues at all so far. I'll give it another month and see how it goes.

    Squats x 5 @ 355 lbs, 320 lbs. These were pretty tough.

Press isos w/ 125 lbs (4 positions)- Tough.

Chins w/ 45 lbs- 5,4,4. Tough. I had to use the gym's dip belt instead of my own and couldn't do any kipping, so I did 2 fewer reps.
