    Squats @ 382 lbs- 2. Ok.
Squats @ 330 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Tired by the last set which was getting a little tough. Still probably had a rep or 2 left in tank.

Paused squats off pins @ 195 lbs- 5,5,5. Very tired by last set.

    Hang. Leg Raises- 7,7,7.

    Bodywt @ 200 lbs

    Bench @ 292 lbs- 2. Ok.
Bench @ 242-4. This was a loading mistake as I meant to be @ 247 lbs.
Bench @ 247 lbs- 4,4,10. I pushed it more on last set due to loading error. All sets felt ok.

Close grip bench @ 195 lbs- 10,10,10. Pretty tough.

Dips w/ 30 lbs- 15,15,15, Pretty tough with sore triceps.

    Deadlifts @ 415 lbs- 2. Ok.
Deadlifts @ 357 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Pretty tough by the end.

This is probably my last deadlift session before meet on Oct 26th. I wish it was another few weeks out as I am starting to feel like I'm making progress.

Good luck with the meet! What attempts do you have in mind for the three lifts?

Thanks- I typically start pretty low on 1st attempts and then decide on later attempts based on how it feels. I'd like to hit about 450 lbs for squat, 320 lbs bench ( I lose about 20 lbs due to pause), and 500 lbs deadlift. I'm kind of skeptical on the deadlift however.

    Bodyweight @ 220 lbs

Squats @ 425 lbs (wrapped)- 2. PR. Pretty tough but not terrible. However this was with knee wraps because it is last squat session before meet.
    Squats @ 335 lbs- 4. This was a misload.
Squats @ 337 lbs- 4,4,6. Pretty tough and tiring by last set.

Paused squats off pins @ 205 lbs -5,5,5. Very tiring.

    Hang. Leg Raises- 7,7,7.

I am going to keep up with regular workouts through Tuesday off next week and then take off Wednesday-Friday with meet on Saturday. I will then resume the program the following Thursday so my training will only be thrown off a week by the meet. In the past I would taper off close to a week early and go back in 3 days when I wasn't fully recovered but I really do think I'm making some progress now.

Bench @ 325 lbs- 2. PR. This felt ok.
Bench @ 257 lbs -4,4,4,6. I realized I had repeated the drop set set weight for 2 weeks by accident, hence the 10 lb jump since last week.

Close grip @ 200 lbs- 10,10,10. Pretty tough.

    Dips w/ 35 lbs- 12,12,12. Pretty tough.

Bodywt @ 222 lbs. I started cutting carbs out yesterday. Nothing too drastic as I just want to make sure I'm in 220 lbs class and not 1 1/2 lbs over like last time.

Deadlift @ 462 lbs- 2. Pr. Pretty tough- not ok but not too bad either.
Deadlift @ 365 lbs- 4,4,4,4. I probably had another rep or 2 in me for last set but didn't want to overdo it with meet on 10/26/2013.

    Bodywt @ 221 lbs

Press @ 195 lbs- 2. Pr. Tough. I will probably try 200 lbs for a double then will switch to singles.
Press @ 152 lbs-4,4,4,7. All sets were ok until the end which was tough.

    Chins 12,12,12
    Situps w/ 10 lbs- 14,14,14
