Press @ 205 lbs- 0, 1. Very tough. On the 1st attempt my setup wasn't very good. On 2nd attempt I got it but it was a long slow grind. Although this ties my press pr, it is still a little disappointing as really no progress was made since February of this year. I have missed some workouts this month due to vacation/illness but not enough that it should be making a big difference. I suspect that I just need more frequent pressing to make progress on the lift than I'm currently getting, but I also recognize that the press is really an accessory lift for me since I don't compete at a press event.
Press @ 160 lbs - 4,4,4,5. Tough by last set.
Chins- 12,12,10.
Situps with 10 lbs- 12,12,12.

We had essentially the same press today. Nice. I need micro plates I keep stalling on press.

I am going to go to microloading the press at this point too. My press is so stagnant compared to the other lifts.

Bodywt @ 219 lbs
Squat @ 440 lbs- 1. Pr (unwrapped). Very tough and slow. The sticking point is no longer in the hole but about 4 inches out of hole- I think the paused squats off pins have given me a lot more drive out of the bottom.
Squats @ 347 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Last set tough.
Paused squats off pins @ 220 lbs- 5,5,5. Tough and tiring.
Hang. Leg Raises- 8,8,7. Exhausted by this point.

Bench @ 340 lbs- 1. PR. Pretty tough to tough. It was pretty slow but not a grinder.
Bench @ 267 lbs- 4,4,4,7. Pretty tough last set.
Close grip bench @ 185 lbs- 10,10,10. Pretty tough last set.
Dips w/ 45 lbs- 10,10,12.

You doing pause or touch and go benches ? I've been touch and go lately cause I feel like it.
Weighted dips are the bomb. I'm jealous I had to back off cause I tweaked my sternum last time I went heavy.

Typically I do touch and go unless it's close to a meet and I'll do paused to get used to them. Paused bench, especially for reps, is really tough. On dips, if I'm careful not to go past 90 degrees, my sternum is fine. If I go too deep with weighted dips I also get the strained sternum.

Bodywt @ 220lbs
Deadlift @ 495 lbs- 1. Pretty tough-tough. Didn't feel that bad but my grip was starting to fail on left side. Probably just had my hand slip a little.
Deadlift @ 385 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Tough by last set.

Press @ 207 lbs- 1. PR. Very tough- I just barely got it. Still nice to finally get a new pr on press. The last pr of 205 lbs was Feb of 2013.
