    Bodywt @ 225 lbs

I had time constraints so I only had about 4 minutes between sets, which made things much harder. I also skipped ab work.

Squats @ 425 lbs-2. Unwrapped PR. Pretty tough.
Squats @ 332 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Tough by last set.

Paused squats off pins @ 205 lbs- 5,5,5. Tough and tiring, likely due in part to limited rest between sets.

I like the weighted dips too except that my triceps are really fried by the end with my current programming.

Man, I need to harden up. You are ahead of me on the web app. Do you have a competition coming up?

I'm probably going to enter NASA's Bench Press, Power Sports, Power Press and Push Pull Nationals on May 24th in Des Moines. There isn't a squat event so no powerlifting competition. I will probably just do the push pull as I've never really trained curls to get ready for power sports. I can't make the Iowa State meet in March due to other commitments. I am thinking of doing the Iowa games strongman comp again in July, even though I'm not really any good at it.

Had to work out early in the morning which is pretty miserable for me.

    Squat @ 395 lbs-1. Ok.
Squat @ 340 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Pretty tough last set.

Pause squats off pins @ 210 lbs-5,5,5. Pretty tough and tiring.

    Hang. Leg raises- 7,8,8. Tough.

    Nice recent PRs!

What's a Power Press competition and the Power Sports like?

I used to AM workout all the time. I am with you now though. I hate them. Except for seeing all the regulars. Of course, then you get shit for not being in the gym. Which you are. Cause different times. Good luck with the Games and the Power Sports!
