Power sports replaces the squat event with a curl event, so you do curl, bench and deadlift. Power press is a new deal that consists of 2 events: a power clean and a bench press. I really stink at power cleans so that's out.

I agree. I wish it was a regular meet or that there was another meet this spring that I could attend. Unfortunately I live in Western Iowa, and there isn't a whole lot of choices since I can't make the March 15th meet in Des Moines. I'll probably just do the push pull in May.

Bench @ 315 lbs-1. Ok. This was actually a mistake as I was supposed to do 305, but since it's a light week for top set it's not a big deal.
Bench @ 262 lbs-4,4,4,10. Pretty tough last set. I'm actually surprised I can do 10 of these on the last set since the first 3 sets didn't feel easy.
Close grip bench @ 205 lbs - 10,10,10. Pretty tough by 3rd set.
Dips w/ 70 lbs- 10,10,10. Pretty tough.

Deadlift @ 455 lbs- 1. Ok. It was supposed to be 450 but I didn't want to mess with all the extra plates.
Deadlift @ 390 lbs- 4,4,4,6. Pretty tough-Tough last set.
Weighted situps w/ 10 lbs -14,14,12.

Chins w/ 45 lbs- 5. Pretty tough w/ minimal kipping.
Incline press @ 170 lbs- 10,10,10. Ok-little tough.

Squats @ 440 lbs- 2. PR. The 2nd rep was tough-very tough. I probably should have stopped after 1st rep but wanted to push for a PR.
Squats @ 347 lbs- 4,4,4,5. Tough and tiring, likely due in part to effort on the top set.
Paused squats @ 225 lbs- 5,5,5. Tough and tiring.
Situps w/ 10 lbs- 14,12,10. Bad cramping in stomach muscles on last set.
200kgx2, amazing PR!
Killing it man. that's a solid PR. I have trouble mentally with anything over 400.

Bench @ 267 lbs- 4,4,4,10. Again surprised by last set. I could probably have done another couple reps on last set but I think anything over 10 reps starts to be a cardio workout.
Close grip bench @ 210 lbs- 10,10,10. Pretty tough.
Dips w/ 85 lbs- 8,8,8. Tough.
