Press @ 205 lbs-1. Tough but not terrible.
Press @ 162 lbs- 4,4,4,8. Tough last set.
Chins @ bodywt- 11
Chins @ 25 lbs- 6.
Chins @ 45 lbs- 6. Very tough- last rep was questionable with chin right at bar height.
Incline press @ 180 lbs- 10,10,10. Last set tough.
