My lower back was still sore from 2 days earlier and I had to get the whole workout done in less than 45 minutes. I really hate rushing a session but sometimes there is no choice.
Squat w/ wraps @ 435 lbs-2. RPE 9.5. These were harder than I thought they'd be. I'm not sure it it was because I rushed warmups or because my back was still sore but weight felt real heavy. Pretty bad form breakdown on both reps although I knew I could do both reps.
Squat w/ wraps @ 405 lbs-2. RPE 9. Not much time to rest between 1st and 2nd set so it also felt tougher than normal for this weight.
2 count pause bench @ 285 lbs-2 RPE 8.5. Easier than expected.
2 count pause bench @ 275-2,2 RPE 8.5 Normally would have done more sets but time restrictions limited it here.
Pendlay Rows @ 135 lbs-6 RPE 8 This was my 1st time doing these and felt very clumsy.
Repeat @ 135 lbs- 6,6 RPE 8 Out of time, just as I was starting to understand the motion.
