    Still dealing with a cold- felt kind of blah before I even started.

    Pause Bench @ 305 lbs-4 RPE 9 Paused bench PR
    Pause bench @ 275 lbs- 4,4,4,4 RPE 9

    Deadlift @ 445 lbs-4 PR RPE 9-9.5 Weights felt ok but I was feeling kind of tired.
    Deadlift @ 405-4 RPE 9.5. Felt like grip was slipping and felt very tired. Usually I can get another set or 2 of this no problem.

    Press @ 165 lbs- 6 RPE 8
    Press @ 165 repeats 6,6,6 RPE 9

    2 count pause squats (beltless) @ 275 lbs-6 RPE 8.5
    Repeats @ 275-6 RPE 9.5 Exhausted by this point.

    I felt like my exhaustion was the limiting factor here, probably need more sleep.

    Bodywt @ 224 lbs

    My lower back was still sore from 2 days earlier and I had to get the whole workout done in less than 45 minutes. I really hate rushing a session but sometimes there is no choice.

    Squat w/ wraps @ 435 lbs-2. RPE 9.5. These were harder than I thought they'd be. I'm not sure it it was because I rushed warmups or because my back was still sore but weight felt real heavy. Pretty bad form breakdown on both reps although I knew I could do both reps.
    Squat w/ wraps @ 405 lbs-2. RPE 9. Not much time to rest between 1st and 2nd set so it also felt tougher than normal for this weight.

    2 count pause bench @ 285 lbs-2 RPE 8.5. Easier than expected.
    2 count pause bench @ 275-2,2 RPE 8.5 Normally would have done more sets but time restrictions limited it here.

    Pendlay Rows @ 135 lbs-6 RPE 8 This was my 1st time doing these and felt very clumsy.
    Repeat @ 135 lbs- 6,6 RPE 8 Out of time, just as I was starting to understand the motion.

    Squat (unwrapped) @ 420 lbs-2 RPE 9. Really not that bad, which is good considering how 435 felt w/ wraps last week.
    Squat @ 395-2,2,2,2. RPE 8.5-9. I could probably have done another set or 2 since they really felt ok.

    Bench (touch and go) @ 315 lbs-5 PR. Since I was supposed to go for 6 reps at RPE 10, this was a fail but still a PR. I actually almost got sixth rep but not quite. I'd guess my actual RPE here was 10.5 since I couldn't quite get 6th rep.

    Bench, touch and go, @ 295 lbs-6. RPE 9.5. I was pretty spent after the previous set.

    Close grip bench @ 275 lbs-4. RPE 9.5 These were supposed to be repeats but I had to drop weight due to fatigue.
    Close grip bench @ 255 lbs-4. RPE 9.

    Deadlift @ 470 lbs-2 RPE 9. This was fine and I definitely had at least one more in tank.
    Deadlift @ 445 lbs- 2,2,2 RPE 9. I took pretty long breaks between sets here, about 10 minutes each. Deadlift felt much better than last week where I only managed 2 sets total.

    Press @ 175 lbs-4 RPE 8
    Press Repeat @ 175- 4,4,4 RPE 9

    Chins w/ 45 lbs- 5,5. Some kipping. Upper back pretty tired by this point.

    Snatch grip SLDL @ 275 lbs-4 RPE 9 I was shooting for RPE 8 so a bit tougher than expected, although I have limited experience with this exercise.

    Bench, paused, @ 320 lbs-3. Paused PR. RPE 9-9.5. 1st rep was a very short pause so I made sure 2nd and 3rd reps were looong pauses.
    Bench, paused @ 305 lbs- 3,3,3 RPE 9.0. My 1st set actually seemed the toughest, but I think bar placement was a bit low.

    Deadlift @ 465 lbs-3. PR. RPE 9.5. Felt a lot tougher than 470 for 2, which I did last week. Form was pretty bad by 3rd rep.
    Deadlift @ 440 lbs-3. RPE 9.5. Pretty bad form breakdown.

    Press @ 170 lbs-5 RPE 9
    Press @ 170 repeat-5 RPE 9

    2 count paused squats (beltless ) @ 285 lbs-5 RPE 8.5 Very tired by this point

    Thanks. I'm planning on a meet on Nov 22nd. This programming seems to be working out well. I'm shocked at how much more volume I'm capable of doing, especially on squats and bench. I generally seem to be recovering pretty well, but I am glad I'm getting to the end of the cycle as I'm having some minor joint complaints (right elbow during squats, shoulder tightness during everything).

    Squat / wraps @ 420 lbs-2,2 RPE 9. Very tired by this point- for some reason the whole wrapping process is tiring.

    Bench, paused, @ 330 lbs-1, spotter grabbed early on 2nd rep which I think I had. Still harder than it should have been.
    Bench, paused @ 305-2,2. RPE 9.5 Did several sets of 3 reps at this weight 2 days ago-disappointing. I'm guessing I'm not fully recovered.

    Repeat @ 185-5,5 RPE 9
