I'm going to compete at 220 so it should be an easy cut. I'm competing in Nasa's Iowa State meet in their new retro division which is belt only. I know I'll lose about 20-25 lbs from my squat but I really like the idea of not messing with wraps. They are a big distraction and I missed some attempts by wrapping too early. I am also going to cross list in regular unequipped because I'm hoping to come close to some state records in Nasa for my age and weight.
