    Press @ 185 lbs-3
    Press @ 200 lbs-3
    Press @ 207 lbs-3 PR RPE 9.5
Press @ 225 lbs-0 I got greedy and tried for a single rep pr after three pretty tough sets so the weights taught me a lesson. I might be able to do it if fresh.

    Deadlifts @ 456 lbs-2,2
Deadlifts @ 476 lbs-2,2 RPE 9.75 The last set was almost a 10. 3rd set was probably about a 9 but I was worn down by the last set.

    Dips w/ 90 lbs-12,12,12 Rpe 10

    Squats @ 315 lbs-8
    Squats @ 325 lbs-8
Squats @ 335 lbs-8,8 RPE 9.5 although it is really fatigue that's driving the number high as bar speed remains pretty fast to the end.

    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 275 lbs-8
    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 285 lbs-8,8
    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 290 lbs-8 RPE 9.5

Chins w/ 45 lbs-5,5,5 RPE 9.5 Lats were sore, likely because I did deadlifts yesterday.

    Press @ 162 lbs-8
    Press @ 165 lbs-8,8
Press @ 167 lbs-8 PR. RPE 9. I'm going to start keeping track of 7 and 8 rep pr's now to give better motivation on 8's days.

    Deadlift @ 375 lbs-6,6,6
Deadlift @ 385 lbs-6 RPE 9.5 These kind of sucked. I just wasn't into it and had to push through the workout.

    Floor press @ 250 lbs-10
    Floor Press @ 255 lbs-10,10 RPE 9.5

Congrats on the press prs! I've found sets of 8 to be quite handy in increasing both the press and the bench.

Thanks! The 8's are great for getting lots of volume in without making each session a marathon time-wise. I generally dread my squat day on 8's, and deadlift day on 6's (I couldn't bear the thought of doing 8 reps on deadlifts). It's really exhausting work, even though bar speed stays pretty quick.

    Squat @ 365 lbs-6
    Squat @ 370 lbs-6,6
Squat @ 375 lbs-6 RPE 9.5. Fatigued by the end. My gym's cooling is really bad at this point.

    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 310 lbs-6 RPE 9.5

I had to skip chins because both pull up stations were being used.

    Press @ 175 lbs-6
    Press @ 180 lbs-7 PR RPE 9.5
    Press @ 182 lbs-6,6

    Deadlifts @ 405 lbs-4
Deadlifts @ 455 lbs-4 -10 lb PR RPE 9.75. I really just wanted to see where I was on deadlifts at this point so I went heavy for the 2nd set and skipped my other sets. With my current programming with 4 sets across of about the same weight, my squat and deadlift pr's are generally still outside the range of my work weights for sets across. Obviously it's a lot easier to go for a single all out max weight set then to do the same weight for sets across, especially on squats and deadlifts. Clearly, I am making some progress on deadlifts on the added volume.

    Bodywt 227 lbs

    Squats @ 405 lbs-3,3
Squats @ 427 lbs-3 PR RPE 9.5. Only a small 2 lb pr but it also wasn't completely at my limit either. The 1st rep was real messy but 2nd two were much better.
    Squats @ 405 lbs-3 RPE 9.5

    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 325 lbs-3
Bench-1st rep paused @ 345 lbs-3 PR RPE 10. 1st 2 reps were slow and not grindy but third rep was grindy and started to drift instead of staying in correct bar path.
    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 325 lbs-3,3 RPE 9.5

    Chins-5 min block-9,8,7,6,4,3,3,2,1- 43 reps total

    Press @ 190 lbs-3, 4 PR- RPE 9.5, 3 I did 4 on the 2nd set just to hit a pr.
    Press @ 195 lbs-3 RPE 9.5

    Deadlift @ 455 lbs-2
    Deadlift @ 465 lbs-2,2
Deadlift @ 481 lbs-2 RPE 9.75 This was real tough. My grip started to slip on 1st rep and lower back was sore after 2nd.

    Dips w/ 90 lbs-12,12 I skipped 3rd set due to time constraints.

    Squats @ 325 lbs-8
    Squats @ 335 lbs-8,8
Squats @ 345 lbs-8 RPE 9.5 Bar speed still pretty quick but I'm just dying of fatigue by the last rep on these sets of 8.

    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 285 lbs-8,8
    Bench, 1st rep paused @ 290 lbs-8,8 RPE 9.5

Skipped chins because both bars were being used.
