Thanks. It's still a bit stiff and sore but I was able to do my deadlifts today without incident so I'm hoping I can get back into regular squats in a few days.

Sumo Deadlift @ 515 lbs-1 RPE 9.5 I was able to work up to this without aggravating my left quad so I'd call that a win.
Sumo deadlift @ 425 lbs-4,4,4,4 RPE 9.75. I really ran out of steam by the last set and had a fair amount of form breakdown. I don't know if it's realted to the quad injury, or I haven't had as much deadlifting in last few weeks as normal or because I'm coming down with a cold. At least I was able to grind through all 4 sets.

Left quad no longer sore either to touch or in movement.

Bench, 1st rep paused @ 330 lbs-5,5 RPE 10 last set. Good thing I had a spotter as it was close.
Squats @ 405 lbs-5,5,5,5 RPE 9 Quad felt fine. This was a slight deload as I was a bit nervous but I should be back up to regular weights in about a week.

Deadlift @ 525 lbs-0?,0,0 It just barely budged on 1st try, 2nd and 3rd attempts it was like stapled to the floor. Very frustrating as I pulled 536 a few weeks ago and 515 wasn't terrible last week. maybe I'm not recovered enough after squats? I hate how some days I can't deadlift.
Deadlift @ 405-1 RPE 9.5 Crap, crap, crap. I'm going to reset it a bit next week and work it back up.

I had limited time so I reduced the number of sets from 4 to 3 and dropped my accessory chins.

Bench, 1st rep paused @ 360 lbs-2,2 RPE 9.75 on last set but all other sets were 9.0-9.5. On y last set I hit the uprights on 1st rep which threw me off.

Press @ 195 lbs-3. I wanted 5 but I got too lightheaded. I call the last set only about an 8.5, but for the getting dizzy.

Bodywt 230 lbs. I'm getting a bit heavy considering I'm planning on competing on April 16th at 220. I don't mind cutting 7 lbs or less but cutting 10 lbs sucks. Hopefully I can drop a few lbs so cut won't be as bad.
