    Bodyweight @ 222 lbs.

Press x 5 @ 175 lbs. I tried for 6th rep but couldn't quite get it all the way overhead even after about a 20 second slow grind.
Press x 5 @ 170. Pretty tough- probably due to being tired after failed herculean effort on last rep of last set.

Squats x 5 @ 350 lbs- 3 sets. Tough. The last set was very hard and I was completely spent by that point so I skipped isos and hang. leg raises.

This workout was pretty awful. I had injured my toe kicking my garbage can loose on Feb 28th that had frozen to the ground which still hurts a little but I don't think it had any impact here. Likewise, I am dieting but that just started so I doubt that is the reason for the poor performance.

Bodyweight @ 218 lbs. I'm not very happy about how quick the weight loss is going. I will be adding cheat meals next week to slow it down.

Bench @ 315 lbs- 2 PR. I almost got the 3rd rep but it stuck about 3 inches above my chest.
    Bench @ 265 lbs x 5. Easy.

    Speed deadlifts @ 250 lbs- 3x3. Ok.
Deadlift isos @ 300 lbs- 4 positions. A little tough but basically ok.

    Hang. Leg Raises- 9,9,9. Tough.

    Dips w/ 90 lbs- 10,10,10. Tough.

Kroc Rows w/ 100 lbs- 5 reps/arm. Tough- mostly because I was exhausted by this point.

    Bodyweight @ 217 lbs

Squat @ 392 lbs-2. PR. Easy. I wanted to get a PR on squat while on diet and I should have gone for 3-4 instead of just 2.
Squat x 5 @ 350 lbs-1 set. This was actually a little tough. Stamina is definitely reduced at this point.

Push Press x 5 @ 160 lbs- 3 sets. Pretty tough as I have never really attempted sets of push press before. I'm experimenting with them now because I'm considering a strongman contest in July and I know they are planning on a press type event. It's my understanding that strict press/push-press/jerks are all ok in strongman format and I want to figure out which would be best for me.

Skipped press isos due to exhaustion which is probably due to diet.

Chins w/ 45 lbs- 7,7,7. Kipping on all sets. I tried for 8 on last set and couldn't quite get chin over bar.

    Hey nice PR man!

Are you trying to cut down to the 198's for the meet? I thought you were planning on competing in the 220s.

Thanks. I did plan on 220 this meet but I have been getting too fat so I am trying to drop down to about 210. At that point I'll decide whether to compete at 198 or 220.

    Deadlift @ 445 lbs- 3. Ok. PR
    .
    Deadlift x 5 @ 385- ok.

    Bench x 5 @ 265 lbs- 1 set. Easy.
    Bench x 5 @ 275 lbs- 1 set. Ok.

I had to leave at this point due to time constraints.

    Bodyweight @ 215 lbs.

Push Press x 5 @ 175 lbs. Pretty tough but I'm still getting used to push press form.
Push press @ 165 lbs- 6. Pr. The 6th rep was tough.

Squat x 5 @350 lbs- 3 sets. These were tough, likely due to weight loss.
    Squat x 5 @ 155 lbs-off pins at bottom- 1 set. Ok.
Squat isos @ 235 lbs- 2 positions. Ok although very tired by this point.

Hang. Leg raises- 9,9,8, Exhausted by this point.
    Ok

    Bodyweight @213 lbs.

Paused Bench x 3 @ 295 PR. This was very tough and last rep was such a short pause it was really almost touch and go. This was the 1st time doing paused benches but I figure I should get some practice as the next meet is April 20th. I think I lose about 20 lbs between a touch and go bench vs paused bench.

    Bench x 5 @ 270 lbs- ok.

    Speed deadlifts x 3 @ 255- 3 sets-ok.

Deadlift isos @ 305 lbs- 4 positions. Tough. I think diet is big factor here.

    Dips w/ 90 lbs- 10,10,10. Tough.

    Kroc Rows w/ 100 lbs- 7 reps/arm. Tough.

Congrats on the PRs and the weight drop as well. Wish me luck, as I start the 20 rep squats next training session.

Good Luck although I still think those last few reps of 20 are going to make you regret the experiment.

    Bodyweight @ 213 lbs

Squats, wrapped, @ 405 lbs-2. PR. OK- should have tried for 3rd rep. I wanted to get used to my wraps a few weeks before meet.
    Squats x 5 @ 355- pretty tough.

Push press x 5 @ 160 lbs- 3 sets. A little tough but getting more used to push press form.
    Press isos @ 140- 4 positions. Tough.

Chins w/ 45 lbs- 7,7,5. Exhausted by last set and couldn't quite get 6th chin on last set.
